You’ll sign in to each service, give Muse a setup message, and approve the connection in LedgerHQ.

Muse offers free usage with limits, plus a paid option for more. See Meta’s current details. Your assistant account is separate from LedgerHQ’s $9 plan and 14-day trial.

From hello to connected

One connection.

Start with your assistant.
Visit muse.ai and create your Muse account or sign in. You can start with its free usage allowance.

Open the connection page in LedgerHQ.
Sign in to LedgerHQ and choose Muse. Copy the setup message shown for your account. It includes the correct connection address.

Give Muse the message.
Ask Muse to create a custom connector using the setup message. This uses a direct connection; you don’t need to find LedgerHQ in Muse’s connector directory.

Approve in LedgerHQ.
Follow the LedgerHQ authorization link your assistant presents. Sign in on the LedgerHQ page, review the account and requested access, and approve. Keep your password out of the chat.

Check the connection. Choose the first job.
Return to LedgerHQ to see the authorized connection. Ask your assistant to list your businesses and confirm the right one before setting up accounts or posting activity.

Start with a simple request.

“Show me the businesses I can access in LedgerHQ. Let’s choose the right one and review its accounts before making changes.”

Connect your banks and cards through Muse, then agree on the accounts, opening balances, and dates. Ask Muse to set a daily routine after you’ve checked the setup.

You can disconnect an authorized assistant from LedgerHQ at any time.
