LedgerHQ for small business
A little help getting started.
Start with the connection. Build a routine. Open the books whenever you need a closer look.
Give Muse a place to work.
- Sign in to LedgerHQ and open Connect Muse.
- Copy the setup message and connector address into Muse.
- Complete the LedgerHQ sign-in and approve the OAuth request.
- Confirm your business, accounts, and opening balances with Muse before scheduling daily posting.
The custom connection works without waiting for a Muse catalog listing. Never send your password in a chat.
Do I need an assistant account?
Bring your own Muse or Grok Bot account. Muse can use its bank connectors; other assistants can work with the activity and files you provide. Your assistant’s subscription and any provider charges are separate from LedgerHQ.
Do I have to give you a credit card?
No card is needed for the 14-day trial. Choose the $9 monthly plan when you are ready to continue. The plan covers up to five businesses in one account.
Will this work on my iPhone or iPad?
Yes. Use LedgerHQ in your browser on a phone, tablet, or computer. You can add the web app to your Home Screen. A separate native iPhone app will come later.
Can I still use the books myself?
Yes. Open LedgerHQ to review transactions, run reports, create invoices, and work with statements and reconciliations. Muse is your assistant; the web app is always there.
What happens if I stop paying?
After the trial or paid period ends, your books stay readable and exportable. New bookkeeping changes require an active plan. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the paid period.
Is this for a bookkeeping firm?
This plan is for owners managing their own businesses, with a maximum of five. LedgerHQ Pro has the firm tools for managing client work.
